Do not read the comments unless you want to really raise your blood pressure. I pretty much read them all so you don't have to. In a nutshell, there was fight over who was the worse oppressor (The US vs. GB), statements about cultures and evolution (e.g. "strong cultures survive, weak ones die out"), judgments about which cultures are valued more (indigenous cultures as unneeded 'artifacts') and at least one comment where someone thought that 'hey, new languages like Klingon rise up to replace old ones'. Only one or two comments spoke about what it meant to lose this part of humanity.

Boa Sr, who died last week aged about 85, was the last member of the Bo — one of the ten Great Andamanese tribes that are considered indigenous inhabitants of the islands, which lie 750 miles off the east coast of India.
